Sometimes I just fail to understand why

everything must be stamped “scientific”

before it can be taught to and believed

by the general public beneficially.

Does that mean what artists depict are

just for show and why poets are called muses?

Sometimes I don’t get how the world

Can rely so heavily on its axis

I know the sun and the moon do their part

However, we are taught to take pride in

Being self-sufficient when even our planet leans

Does that make us foolish or just weak?
